Clifton Bungalow
As you approach Clifton Bungalow via stairs to the front entrance, you will find yourself in the entrance hallway. All the principal rooms of the property are accessed from here, including the living/dining room, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The cosy living/dining room features an open fire and benefits from a Smart TV, as do both bedrooms, which comprise one double and one twin . The family bathroom offers an over-bath shower and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need to rustle up a good meal. Doors lead to the patio with a tiered garden on separate levels with a seating area at the top with views over the neighbouring houses and the sea in the far distance.
Located half way up a hill, the bunglaow is poised just a a short walk downhill from part of the town where you will find shops and takeaways. Paignton’s main beach, with its green, pier, arcades, mini golf and cinema, is only 1 mile away and great for both adults and children alike. Nearby is the famous fishing town of Brixham, and Torquay with its marina and which makes up the rest of the beautiful English Riviera - perfect for great days out. Other popular towns, such as Dartmouth and Kingswear, are also just a short drive away. Beach 1 mile.
