This property is a superb base for a family or a group of friends looking to explore the town’s pebbled beach, coastal paths and a range of restaurants, shops and cafes. The town centre and beach are a 6-minute drive away or a 35-minute walk.
As you enter the property, head into the cosy living room which is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating and a Smart TV with Freeview. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal and the dining area/sun room provides the perfect space for everybody to get together to plan an adventurous day ahead. After a busy day exploring the area, step into the large back garden which has a lawn, patio area and outdoor seating. This private space is a real sun trap and it is a great spot for alfresco dining. As the evening draws to a close, drift off to sleep within one of the four well-presented double bedrooms; the first is located on the ground floor and it is accessed by walking through the shower room. Head upstairs to the first floor to discover the family bathroom, separate toilet and two further double bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor .

Most of the surrounding countryside has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or is owned by the National Trust and the nationally renowned South West Coastal Path can easily be accessed. Sidmouth town is within easy reach of many attractions including the cathedral city of Exeter, Dartmoor National Park, and The Eden Project.
