The warm and cosy living/dining room boasts the original exposed beamed ceilings, metre thick walls opening up to window seats upstairs and down, beautiful wooden shutters, comfortable seating and a Smart TV with Freeview. After a busy day exploring the area, step out into the south-facing garden which is fully enclosed with a lawn and cobbled path down to a patio area with wooden garden furniture. This outdoor space is a real suntrap and it is a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee whilst planning your adventurous day ahead. The quirky winding staircase leads you to discover the three good sized bedrooms upstairs and the family bathroom, fitted with a shower over the bath and heated towel rail.
Sidford boasts two excellent pubs, an award-winning restaurant, plus arguably the best fish and chip shop in the area. The local shop is a short walk away and the cottage is in a fabulous location for exploring East Devon and West Dorset including Exeter, Topsham, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Axmouth, Lyme Regis and Charmouth. There are many attractions close by including Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy Adventure Park, Bicton Gardens, Pecorama, Seaton Tramway and Beer Quarry Caves.
