Peacefully situated in a quiet residential area, it is just a 15-minute downhill walk to the seafront and town centre. The host stays in a separate dwelling attached to the bungalow, ensuring you have total privacy in this beautifully located let.
The property has a well-equipped kitchen and a large living/ dining area with beautiful sea views, comfortable seating, a smart TV with Freeview, telescope, an open fireplace and sliding doors leading to the balcony. The balcony is a fantastic sun trap with outdoor seating and it’s the perfect spot to enjoy amazing sunrises and have a refreshing drink before the sun sets.
Discover the three large but cosy bedrooms which each have a wardrobe, a Smart TV with Freeview and shared use of the shower room which has an open wet room shower, heated towel rail, toilet and sink. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second with twin beds and the third with a super kingsize bed, a sofa and doors leading to the conservatory.
