This spacious, Victorian terraced cottage enjoys views of the two picturesque churches of St Marychurch and is within easy reach of the popular shops and cafes in the nearby precinct. Many of the attractions are within walking distance of the cottage such as the South West Coastal Path, Oddicombe Beach - just 500 yards away, Babbacombe Cliff Railway and the stunning Babbacombe Downs. The Model Village and Kents Cavern are also close by. Torquay is one of three beautiful towns forming the sheltered Torbay, renowned for its warm climate and clear bathing waters. St Marychurch is just along the coast and would appeal to those preferring a quieter side of Torquay. The holiday cottage has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard making it ideal for a family holiday and would make an ideal base from which to visit Dartmouth, Totnes, Exeter and Plymouth, all just a few miles away. There are many things to do in Dartmouth and Paignton. Visit Agatha Christie’s summer house, or take a ride on the steam train. There are also many National Trust properties to see in the area. Shops, pubs and restaurants 150 yards away.
