Seaford Sands is a two bedroom duplex apartment located in Goodrington, and provides convenient off road parking in a designated car park, directly outside. As you enter this lovely property, there is a bright, airy living area with a large Smart TV from which Netflix can be accessed and French doors leading to the patio area with garden furniture. From this room you can access the modern kitchen/dining area with integrated appliances and table and chairs. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor too. On the first floor there are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, the second with twin beds. The family bathroom offers a shower over bath and light-up mirror. Outside, guests can enjoy the patio area, or perhaps enjoy a stroll to Goodrington beach, which is just 175 yards away where you will find Quaywest water park, a boating lake and many water sports which can be seen from the parking area. Paignton Beach and harbour is a short walk away where where small ferries to Torquay and Brixham can be booked. and where boat trips, fishing, and the Geo park can be found along with many other attractions including Paignton Pier, arcades and the fabulous 18 hole pirate crazy golf…. Ooh arhhh!!
