Oak Tree Lodge

Oak Tree Lodge is a quirky ’one of a kind’ holiday accommodation, nestled away in rural surroundings while still being just a few miles from Dartmouth with its town and nearby beaches. The property sleeps up to four guests in two double bedrooms. This comfortable boutique lodge has a separate upstairs ’cool kids only’ area complete with Xbox and games. The adjoining covered outside area provides extra space and is perfect for al fresco dining; pull up a chair and grab a rug to enjoy an outdoor fire and watch the stars. The downstairs of the lodge benefits from open-plan living space with double bed, sofa seating and cosy wood burner. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all guests could need to rustle up a meal. There is also a door leading from the kitchen area into the shower room with underfloor heating. The spiral staircase leads up to a galleried floor with another double bed and glass balcony, leading across to a separate snug area with TV, games and beanbags for the children to enjoy.
The lodge is just a 15-minute drive from the popular boating town of Dartmouth and just 5 minutes from the local supermarket and petrol station for stocking up on essentials. The nearby beach is just 3 miles away, and why not venture further into the beautiful South Hams and explore. Whatever you choose to do on your holiday, Oak Tree Lodge is a great place to start.
