This charming, spacious apartment, whilst on a steep incline, is located conveniently in a desirable area just off the town centre of Newton Abbot. Set on the ground floor, it is located midway between the rugged landscape of Dartmoor and numerous sandy beaches on the South Devon coastline. Head west for Cornwall and north for North Devon, both within easy reach. Teignmouth, Dawlish, Totnes and Dartmouth are all close by, with the steam railways running from Paignton to Dartmouth, and Buckfastleigh to Totnes. Shops, pubs and restaurants 100 yards.
