Paignton Place is a fantastic holiday accommodation sleeping up to 6 guests in total including the sofa bed in the living room. Boasting off road parking and an enclosed rear garden including hot tub.

As you enter the property you find yourself in the entrance hallway. To your left is a superking sized bedroom and to your right is the bright and airy living/dining room. The door to the fully equipped kitchen is also on your left with French doors leading out into the enclosed rear garden, boasting projector screen and hot tub. Perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach! There is also a bathroom located on the ground floor with full sized bath and separate shower enclosure. On the first floor is where another bedroom is located, again with superking sized bed and bathroom just across the hallway with bath and shower enclosure also.

Paignton Place is situated just outside of Paignton town, away from the hustle and bustle while still being within short driving distance of everything the town has to offer. There are nearby shops just down the road from the property and in the opposite direction a local pub/restaurant. Venture into Paignton town to experience the arcades, cinema, crazy golf, beach and pier to name just a few. Whether wanting to experience Paignton itself or explore further afield such as Torquay and Brixham, making up the beautiful English Riviera, Paignton place is a fantastic place to start. Not to mention surrounding areas such as Kingswear, Dartmouth, Teignmouth and the local city of Exeter.
