Welcome to the dreamy Clotted Cream Cottage, nestled in the charming countryside hamlet of Ash. Step up into the kitchen and dining area that offers a bright and airy space and is well-equipped with everything you’ll need to self cater. The patio doors lead to the gorgeous garden, and the kitchen door leads to a small courtyard where there are steps leading to the annex.
Step up to the first floor to find the master bedroom with super kingsize bed and a stunning feature fireplace, views over the neighbouring farmland and French doors that lead out to the perfect English country garden. It’s the perfect spot to catch a mind-blowing sunset or snuggle up while the rain taps on the windows. The beautiful garden is a haven for relaxation, featuring a private hot tub and sauna and with garden furniture, is the perfect spot for a lazy brunch or sipping on coffee while listening to the sweet melodies of chirping birds.
The naval town of Dartmouth with its boutique shops, independent cafes and chic restaurants is just a couple of miles away and has something for all the family. From the awesomeness of Dartmouth Castle, an epic fortress that has been standing guard over Dartmouth Estuary and Port for six centuries to the port itself with sight seeing ferries and plenty of boats to watch. Take the short ferry ride over the estuary to Kingswear and pick up the steam train for a day of nostalgia, or while away some time rock pooling in Sugary Cove just at the entrance to the estuary. For further famly fun, brace yourself and head over to Woodlands Family Theme Park, the biggest of its kind in the south west. With 100 acres of woodland countryside, it’s a wonderland of adventure!
