Lavender Cottage is a spacious two-bedroom holiday home located less than half a mile from Babbacombe Beach and a three-minute walk away from the Southwest coastal path and the desirable Babbacombe Downs showcasing panoramic sea views across the bay. Babbacombe is renowned for its clifftop views a 2 minutes’ walk from the property, funicular railway and model village. Beaches within walking distance include Babbacombe beach with its jetty and wildlife, Oddicombe beach with its café and watersports, and the unspoilt gem of Anstey’s Cove. A wide selection of cafés, restaurants and bars can be found within a ten-minute walk of the cottage. A 10-minute drive or bus ride away is the seaside resort town of Torquay, with its harbour providing water activities, plenty of shops and restaurants, the English Riviera Wheel, and the Princess Theatre.
Head inside the property to discover the cosy living room, which is furnished with comfortable seating, a Freeview Smart TV and a woodburner. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal and the dining area offers the perfect space to enjoy this with family and friends. The rear garden can be accessed via the dining area or the garden room upstairs, it has been thoughtfully laid out for guests to enjoy with a beautiful patio area, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.

The garden room on the first floor feels bright and stylish with plenty of seating, a bookcase and patio doors letting the outside in. A great spot for reading a good book whilst enjoying a refreshing beverage. Discover the two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds.
