Pebbles By The Sea

Pebbles by the Sea is a spacious three-bedroom apartment positioned within the Regency coastal town of Sidmouth, located less than a mile to the seafront with a 15-minute level walk. Set on the first floor of a two-storey building with a private entrance and an enclosed garden below, this property is a great base for your holiday on the Jurassic coast. Sidmouth town centre is just five minutes’ walk away and The Byes Park and river walks are within 200 metres.

As you enter the property, head up the stairs into the stylish open plan kitchen and dining area which is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal, including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and a washing machine. After a busy day exploring the area, relax in the cosy living room which is comfortably furnished with a 65 inch Smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Three beautiful bedrooms await; one with a set of bunk beds and the other two each have a double bed. The family bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, a heated towel rail, toilet and sink, and there is also an additional toilet next door. Head downstairs and step into the enclosed rear courtyard garden which has plenty of outdoor seating and a raised decked area. This private space is a real suntrap and it is a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee whilst planning your adventurous day ahead.

Take a five-minute stroll into Sidmouth town centre to find everything you need during your stay, with shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs to choose from. You are within a level 15-minute walk to the picturesque and tranquil award-winning beach with its long and level esplanade, surrounded by awe inspiring cliffs that gives a very secluded feel. Take in the beautiful views of the Jurassic coastline which stretches for 95 miles and has over 185 million years of history.

The town and the seafront offer a wide range of sporting activities, while quiet serenity can be enjoyed in the town’s parks and gardens. Sidmouth’s largest park, The Byes, affords a tranquil environment for a riverside stroll or cycle. Sidmouth offers a variety of interests to all visitors - young and old alike. Most of the surrounding countryside has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or is owned by the National Trust and the nationally renowned South West Coastal Path can easily be accessed. Sidmouth town is within easy reach of many attractions including the cathedral city of Exeter, Dartmoor National Park, and The Eden Project. Local attractions are Crealy Family Adventure Park, World of Country Life at Exmouth, and Sidmouth’s world famous donkey sanctuary. However you choose to spend your precious holiday time, the charm of Pebbles by the Sea will be awaiting your return.
