The larger seaside town of Lyme Regis is under 30 minutes drive away. Head to Dorchester for the day and discover the experimental new town of Poundbury, designed by Prince Charles and due to complete in 2025. Beach 8 miles. Shop and pub 180 yards, restaurant 100 yards.
