Magnolia House

Magnolia House is located in the heart of the Historic Town of Dorchester. The property which dates back to the Victorian times still holds plenty of its original features with open fireplace in the living to the walled garden at the rear. When you enter the property, you feel at home with beautiful furniture and well-presented space. In the living room there is a Smart TV, sofas, and an open fireplace for you to enjoy a night around the fire on a cold winters evening, the living room is open plan with the snug where you will find a sofa with a Victorian fireplace .
A door leads through into the kitchen/dining room, in the kitchen there is a fitted Range Cooker with gas hob, built in dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space, the dining room has a table with seating up to 8 people. There is a bifold doors leading into the walled garden. In the utility room you will find a washer/dryer and a separate toilet. On the first floor the Master bedroom is has large windows overlooking the front, with a king-size bed, en-suite with bath with shower over, bedroom two has a king-size bed and a beautiful Juliette balcony overlooking the walled rear garden, the main bathroom is also on the first where you will find a roll top bath and a double shower. On the second-floor bedroom three overlooks the rear with a double bed and bedroom four is twin. Outside the rear garden offers a quiet and relaxing space to enjoy a quite night under the stars after a day of sightseeing around Dorset’s amazing coastline.
The local town of Weymouth and Portland is a 9-mile drive where you can enjoy the beautiful Jurassic coastline or Weymouth harbour which offer many different activities from boat trips to Sea life parks. For the walkers in us there are miles of walks along the coastline or inland which can be enjoyed all year round. This is a property not to be missed with its beautiful Victorian features and space for all the family to enjoy.
