In an ideal country location, just 2½ miles away from the county town of Dorchester and 6 miles from the wonderful scenic World Heritage Jurassic Coast. This gem of an attached cottage, for two, adjoins the owner’s home, and is set within 3-acres, it makes an excellent holiday retreat to get away and refresh yourself from the faster pace of life. If not walking around this beautiful countryside or wining and dining in some village pub, then there is a multitude of attractions to visit and enjoy. On your doorstep is Dorchester with its many museums and attractions, and Weymouth with its old Victorian charm has a beach, nature reserves and seaside activities for boating, fishing and swimming, and nearby Portland enjoys panoramic views. Slightly further afield days out beckon, try exploring the Purbecks, taking in Swanage, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove, or going west, perhaps the superb seaside resort of Lyme Regis with its historic harbour and Cob will tempt you.
