The Old Barn

The Old barn is a stunning holiday home that has been lovingly renovated to create a wonderful holiday home from home. The Old Barn is just perfect for multi generation stays, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a spacious kitchen/dining room - the perfect spot to catch up after a busy day’s sightseeing.
The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to rustle up everything from a simple supper to a full-on celebration dinner, then retire to the spacious, yet cosy living room, light the wood burner and relax. The setting of this barn really is special, providing a wonderful rural feel, with countryside walks right from the door, yet just a few miles from the bustling centre of Bournemouth, a vibrant town that offers great shopping, a wide variety of pubs and places to eat and of course its miles of golden sandy beaches.
With so much to see and do within a couple of miles, you may not venture far, however if you are keen to explore this wonderful county, there are many wonderful days out to suit the whole family; you can visit the New Forest where you can go cycling, climb the treetops and spot free roaming ponies, donkeys, and cattle.
Visit the Jurassic Coast and enjoy many scenic walks or go fossil hunting. A visit to Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove is highly recommended for breath-taking scenery and cliff top walks. You can visit the coastal town of Swanage and get a steam train to Corfe Castle, where a thousand-year-old castle sits above the town.
