The local beach and village are an easy stroll away with a variety of cafes, pubs and fine dining, independent shops and small branch supermarkets. Accessible from the beach or by road is Highcliffe Castle, formerly the summer home of Mr. Selfridge, with its beautiful gardens and sea views and is well worth a visit. A short drive east leads to Milford on Sea, Keyhaven and Lymington from where the car ferry takes you to the Isle of Wight. Forest Glade is set at the edge of The New Forest National Park where you will find free-roaming ponies, donkeys and cattle, as well as elusive deer and pigs too! It is a beautiful area providing fantastic walks and cycle routes. There are numerous forest towns and villages to explore, many with independent shops and picturesque village inns. Beach 1 mile.
