This well-presented, practically furnished, contemporary, terraced holiday home at Wootton Creek can be found on the northern side of the island. Positioned at the front of this popular development, Creek Side Cottage has Wi-Fi, a 48’’ Smart TV and its own decking area. Sleeping up to six guests, it offers an ideal base for couples or small families wishing to explore the island.

Firestone Copse is nearby, well-known for its red squirrels and wildlife, whilst it is only a 15-minute walk to Woodside Bay beach, a part shingle, part sandy bay which offers fantastic views across the Solent to Portsmouth where you can spot the landmark Spinnaker Tower which forms an impressive backdrop to a busy shipping channel.

A short distance away is the seaside town of Ryde with a good selection of individual shops, restaurants, bars, tea rooms and a large sandy beach. Along the promenade you will find lots to do with tennis courts, ten-pin bowling, a fun fair, canoeing and a swimming pool. Other attractions within easy reach include Osborne House, Quarr Abbey, Carisbrooke Castle, Amazon World, Robin Hill Adventure Park and the world famous yachting at Cowes.

The Isle of Wight is renowned for having a warm, sunny climate, and there are plenty of tourist attractions you can enjoy in the sun. Discover quaint villages, indulge in cream teas, enjoy local produce, including garlic at The Garlic Farm, adventure parks, museums, zoo, donkey sanctuary, wildlife centres, the Isle of Wight Pearl Factory, The Needles landmark, traditional pottery, vineyards, steam railway, pretty coves and much more.
