This delightful single storey annexe is attached to the owners home, and has its own sitting out area as well as shared garden. Having been refurbished throughout, this holiday home offers a well presented, comfortable and peaceful retreat for couples. Located along a quiet residential road, it is conveniently placed; the sandy beach is less than 5 minutes walk, for keen cyclists and walkers there are plenty of scenic routes, including the Billie Trail, which is the old Billie steam railway track. Also nearby is a nature reserve, golf course, sailing club, a variety of restaurants, as well as cafes, shops amusements, leisure facilities and pubs. Hayling Island is also renowned for its watersports. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
