This semi-detached cottage has been beautifully designed and has a separate living room with a large, widescreen television and a feature fireplace with an electric wood burner, perfect for relaxing in front of after a busy day. The modern kitchen has a large breakfast bar and a nice seating area, with everything you need for a self-catering break. If you don’t fancy cooking while you are away, then you can enjoy one of the many take-out restaurants the town has to offer. The characterful old staircase to the first floor is steep, open-sided and has only a handrail to one side and leads to the bedroom, with a queensize bed and lovely Juliet balcony, which is perfect for letting a gentle breeze in during the summer months; it also offers sea views in the distance. The bathroom offers a roll-top bath, perfect for relaxing in with a glass of wine, but also has a shower over if you prefer.
This is the perfect getaway for a couple looking for a beach retreat, and Bognor Regis is one of the most popular seaside places to visit. It offers large expanses of sand at low tide and a 3-mile long promenade. There really is lots to explore in this area with the historic cities of Arundel and Chichester, the very popular attractions at Glorious Goodwood and Fontwell Racecourse, as well as Worthing, Brighton and Portsmouth, which are an easy drive away.
