The Downs Stables is a fully working National Hunt racing rard with approximately 30 horses in training, situated right on the South Downs National Park and with direct access to miles and miles of Sussex countryside.

Findon is home to a traditional sheep fair and village festival, which is held at Nepcote in September. Walk part of the 100-mile South Downs Way with historic woodlands with beautiful bluebells in the spring. Look out for roe deer and red kites, and you may even be lucky enough to see hares boxing. The coastal town of Worthing, where you can stroll along the promenade or the award-winning pier, is 5 miles away.
