This is a brand new property and the owner has meticulously renovated her stable block to an exceptional high level.
The reception space is huge and houses the kitchen in one end and the living area in the other, with dining room in the middle. Although it’s a large open-plan room, the cosiness you feel is very special. The first bedroom is to the left as you walk through the stable door with the well-equipped kitchen located right next to it. The bedroom also benefits from conveniently having its own toilet. From the windows in the living area, you can see the Isle of Wight with a spectacular sea view in the distance and you may be lucky enough to see the herd of stags that roam the fields opposite the owner’s land. This is a property that has been specifically designed with the holiday maker in mind. Nothing has been missed and there has been no expense spared.
This is an ideal holiday home for anyone that is visiting Goodwood as this is literally on your doorstep, and there are two great pubs very locally that serve great food. This is also a great base to explore everything that East and West Sussex has to offer, and when you have finished for the day, come home and relax in the hot tub which is right outside your front door. Your holiday home is found behind security gates so you can be assured that both your car and your stay is going to be safe, and your stay will be a peaceful and tranquil one. Beach 7 miles.
