Perfectly located for those who enjoy walking or cycling Moola House is just a 5-minute drive or 12-minute cycle ride to the very pretty fishing village of Emsworth with a lovey array of shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. The beautiful cathedral city of Chichester is a short drive away with a fantastic selection of independent shops, theatre and lots of eateries - this is a city not to be missed. Within easy reach are the beaches at West Wittering and Bognor Regis, 20 minutes’ drive, and the picturesque sailing village of Bosham, and Arundel with its historic castle and antique shops.
The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, Pagham Nature Reserve, the nautical city of Portsmouth with its Spinnaker Tower and Gunwharf Quays are also within easy reach. The glorious South Downs National Park is excellent for walkers, harbour tours, golf, sailing and cycling can all be enjoyed locally. National Trust homes such as Goodwood House, Petworth House and Uppark House, Weald and Downland Living Museum and West Dean Gardens are all also worth a visit. Beach 11 miles.
