Perfect for singles or couples, this beautiful annex has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a morning coffee in the beautifully landscaped outside space or unwind in the evenings with a glass of wine on the sofa. The living area has been designed with the theme of a narrow boat offering immaculate living space, with a very comfy cocoon sofa bed, Smart TV, dining area for two, a fully equipped kitchen and parking for up to two vehicles outside. The garden is shared with the main house, but the owner will respect your privacy during your stay.
The city centre of Chichester is within a short drive or a 50-minute walk. The streets are packed with listed buildings including the imposing cathedral which has been a part of Chichester history for almost 1000 years. The area is well known and very popular with cyclists as this is where South Downs cycle route is! Should you wish to hire a bike, there is a cycling shop in Fishbourne that hires them out. The city centre is enclosed within the ancient city walls which is ideal for exploring by foot. With its plethora of attractions shops and restaurants it is a cosmopolitan city with a vibrant and friendly vibe. It is also home to the famous Festival Theatre which is renowned for its quality of productions as well as featuring many world premieres. If a trip to the seaside is on your agenda, then look no further than West Wittering beach which is a 20-minute drive away. Offering wonderful views of Chichester Harbour and the South Downs beyond the natural and unspoilt sandy beach at West Wittering has been a favourite destination for a family day out for generations. The highest water quality and excellent facilities have made it one of the premiere beaches in the country.
Head to the car park at Trundle hill for spectacular panoramic views over Chichester and the Sussex coast all the way to the Isle of Wight on a clear day. The train station is just a 6-minute walk with trains into Chichester and further afield. Beach 8 miles.
