The property is situated in the middle of the town, conveniently backing on to a car park with a selection of pubs and restaurants walking distance. Pound Cottage is a cosy terraced property, the kitchen is well equipped with a everything you need to enjoy the comforts of home. The living room has a decorative fireplace, comfortable L-shaped sofa, with cushions and soft blankets to snuggle up in while watching a movie. A small selection of books and board games are also available. The house has two bedrooms, one kingsize and one double. The National Trust Petworth House, deer park and Shimmings Valley are nearby steeped in history and with stunning views. A short drive away from the world famous car festivals at Goodwood, the polo at Cowdray Park, Tinwood Estate Vineyard, the historical Arundel Castle and the award-winning beach at West Wittering. The cathedral city of Chichester is worth a visit. There are plenty of good shops and restaurants and if you enjoy the theatre. Beach 16½ miles. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.
