The Hut is located on a working farm and has been beautifully designed and situated on a stunning part of the owner’s land with your own fenced garden, outdoor seating and firepit. Inside this perfectly formed space with a cosy open plan living space, there is a comfy double bed that has under bed storage and views from across the fields from the bed. There is a small dining area and a lovely wooden kitchen. But for those that do not want to cook, it’s a very short stroll to the pub. Outside you will find a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy an evening drink or just admire the views.
This is the perfect location for those who enjoy walking or cycling with easy access to Hayling Islands Billy Track a fantastic shoreline route that follows the bed of an old railway line between Havant and Hayling and can be broken down into smaller pieces, passing wonderful places to stop and grab a drink and bite to eat enroute plus enjoy the views across Langstone harbour. Windsurfing was invented on Hayling Island, and it is also renowned for its great sailing and nautical activity including kayaking, power boating, jet skiing, kitesurfing and water boarding. Windsurfing and paddle board lessons are available close by.
Less than 30 minutes from Goodwood Estate, known for its racing, golfing and horse racing and home to the famous Festival of Speed and Revival. Other nearby activities include golf, horse riding, boat trips and scenic walks along the water’s edge, or walks along the South Downs National Park which is within easy reach. Chichester, with its beautiful cathedral, festival theatre, pedestrianised shopping, leisure centre and the Roman villa is definitely worthy of a visit. Further afield Visit Portsmouth with waterside dining, ferry trips to the Isle of Wight, designer outlets, Natural History Museum, Spinnaker Tower, and the HMS Victory. Beach 2¾ miles.
