River View has been exquisitely finished to enable you to have the most luxurious escape from your busy day to day life.
Upon entering in to the bright and spacious hall, three generous bedrooms await you on the ground floor. The master bedroom has an en-suite wet room and a super kingsize bed with a built in TV, perfect for a cosy night in. From the bedroom you can slide back the patio doors, take a breath of fresh air and step onto the decked area to admire the views of the River Medina. There are two further bedrooms on the ground floor and why not take your time to relax in the luxurious bathtub in the family bathroom? Upstairs, the open plan layout makes a perfect space for entertaining with your loved ones and on a warm summers day you can pull back the bi-fold door and enjoy a chilled glass of wine on the balcony whilst watching the boats sail by.
From the balcony, take your drink and wander down the spiralled stairs into the garden where a hot tub awaits you. For the little ones there is a large artificially laid lawn, sure to keep them entertained so you can take some well earned time out. There is also a sauna room, with an infra-red sauna, chromotherapy lighting, an aromatherapy system and a bluetooth stereo speaker, as well as views over the river. For those bringing their four-legged friends, there is a dog bath and hot/cold water taps outside.
A short drive from the property is the town centre of East Cowes with local shops, cafés and restaurants to enjoy and the local landmark of Osbourne House is the perfect day out for the whole family.
