Cosy Corner is quintessentially what a holiday home and a staycation is all about as you enter the enormous living area you will feel immediately at home. With its comfy sofas and living area shared with an open plan kitchen and dining area, this really does tick all the boxes and the owner is extremely proud of what they have created.
This is an extremely spacious three-bedroom bungalow in Littlehampton West Sussex suitable for all the family. This large bright open-plan living/dining/kitchen is a great area to take some time after a busy day exploring Sussex. It opens out onto a South Westerly facing garden with a large patio area with 9-seater rattan garden furniture and a large putting green with astroturf to test your golf skills. Two bedrooms have kingsize beds and the third bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out underneath, this can be turned into a double should you need more space.
Cosy Corner is a 10-minute drive from the historic market town of Arundel, where you can explore the Historic medieval Arundel Castle considered to be one of the best continually inhabited Castles in England. 10-minute drive South and you can visit Littlehampton seafront, with its 2 award-winning beaches, the beautiful River Arun and large seafront Green it is an ideal place to visit. On the seafront, you will discover the world’s longest bench and award-winning East Beach Café. With its long promenade and great fish and chips and ice cream parlours, it’s a great place to watch the boats come in and out of the harbour. 15 Minutes away is the Fontwell racetrack. A 25-minute drive and you can visit the Cathedral City of Chichester with a great selection of shops and cinema complexes. 25-minute drive and the Goodwood estate with its racetrack, Festival of Speed and Revival Events as well as Goodwood Racecourse. Rustington has plenty of cafés, shops and Restaurants 5 minutes away with some of the largest names on the high street. Beach 2 miles.
