Little Cruxton is a luxury studio with an efficient heating system, and situated down a wonderful rural Dorset lane, adjacent to the owner’s house near Cruxton. The River Frome meanders through fields next to the studio offering a perfect retreat for couples and for those looking for a base to explore Dorset’s beautiful countryside and coastline. Devoid from light pollution, the sweeping night skies make it an ideal spot for enjoying star-gazing. The village of Maiden Newton is only one mile away with a shop and good pub.
The studio is not overlooked and offers fabulous views with a selection of walks right from the door. All open plan, Little Cruxton has a very comfortable double bed and kitchen area that is well equipped with hob and multifunction cooker/microwave and fridge. Doors open out onto a wooden decking with a view! There’s a modern shower room and outside there is also a purpose built shed with washer/dryer and space for coats, boots and equipment.
