The kitchen area is extremely well equipped, if you love to cook you are in for a treat! There is a built-in coffee machine and boiling water tap; alternatively, pop yourself at the breakfast bar with a glass of bubbly and let someone else do the hard work for you as the owners can arrange for private catering at your own cost.
Heading upstairs, the first floor has thick carpeting adding to the sense of luxury. You will find two kingsize bedrooms that share the family bathroom, with its freestanding pebble bath, built-in TV and walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed, sliding doors to a Juliet balcony, and large en-suite. There are a further two kingsize bedrooms, both have en-suite shower rooms.
Outside, the manicured garden is perfect for families and friends to enjoy, with a large lawned area and plenty of seating to enjoy. You also have a built-in barbecue and pizza oven! At the end of the garden is the swimming pool and spa complex, with a fabulous indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym to enjoy, you will spend hours having fun and making memories in this one of a kind house!
If you can bear to tear yourselves away, there is so much to do nearby, from lazing on the beach and strolling around the marina, to sampling the many restaurants or indulging in some retail therapy. For the walkers among you, the Jurassic Coast has plenty of trail walks. Make sure you take in the sites of Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove; you do not want to forget the camera for this trip. Closer to the property, Portland is a 10-minute drive, which is home of the 2012 Olympic Sailing Academy, Chesil Beach, the renowned Portland Bill Lighthouse plus many more. The market town of Dorchester is about a 20-minute drive, where you will find local markets, museums, restaurants and bars. Further afield, you can take a trip to the Historic Tank Museum or have a day roaming around Monkey World.
