Welcome to End Cottage, a wonderful cottage that is perfect for families holidaying together, larger family or couples looking for that perfect escape to the country yet close to Glastonbury and it’s Tor.
Step inside and on the ground floor you have a large kitchen/dining room, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, Range master, dishwasher and microwave, the dining area has a large dining table with TV. The spacious living room is lovely and cosy with a wood burner, comfy sofas and smart TV, this leads onto the bright and airy sun room which has doors onto the patio and garden. Upstairs, you have two wonderful double bedrooms, a large twin bedroom and a spacious master bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite with bath and separate shower cubicle. The family bathroom has bath with separate double shower and heated towel rail. Outside, the extremely large mature gardens have extensive lawns, multiple seating areas with garden furniture and access to the orchard with fruit trees as well as a vegetable patch.
There are walks a plenty from the front door to be enjoyed yet within easy reach by car the ancient medieval town of Glastonbury and its famous Tor, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to explore. The designer outlet store at Street, Clarks Village is perfect to indulge in retail therapy and for picking up a bargain or two. The city of Bath is less than an hour away and is a treasure trove of arhictecture, history and independent stores. Head to Wookey Hole to explore the Caves or visit the famous Cheddar Gorge and sample some local Cheddar!
