Brookhouse Barn

Brookhouse Barn is a detached barn conversion situated on the owner’s small, working sheep and arable farm. There is a pub and shop a 10-minute walk away, via a public footpath, which has its own smokery and sells a variety of fresh produce and takeaway meals. This is a great hideaway with fantastic views across the Mendips and Quantock Hills, and is an excellent base for walkers and nature lovers alike. The market town of Axbridge and the bustling village of Wedmore are both nearby, so you are spoilt for choice for restaurants, pubs and quaint shops and tea rooms. Among the many places of interest to visit are Wells, England’s smallest city, with its cathedral and Bishops Palace, Glastonbury Tor, the famous caves of Wookey Hole and the wonders of Cheddar Cave.
