There is superb scenery and walking in the Quantock Hills, Exmoor and on the South West Coastal Path and many places to visit to make a memorable holiday. Visit the Victorian villages of Lynmouth and Lynton, famous for the Watermeet Gorge, valley of the rocks and the famous cliff railway. Looking towards Minehead, there is the promenade to enjoy a walk and an ice cream, as well as having a good array of shops and other amenities.
Spend a day exploring the medieval village of Dunster with its stunning castle and beautiful terraced gardens. Porlock Weir is an ideal location to enjoy a spot of lunch by the seaside. Rock/pebble beach in Watchet, 300 yards. Shop, pubs and restaurant 500 yards.
