Discover the tranquil Old Stable Cottage, a charming two-bedroom retreat arranged over two floors, complete with its private entrance and parking. This cosy holiday home is tucked away at the end of a peaceful lane near the picturesque village of Bolham, making it an ideal choice for walkers, families, and pet lovers alike. Within a convenient ten-minute drive, you’ll reach the historic town of Tiverton, where you can explore the fascinating Tiverton Castle and enjoy a unique experience on the Horse Drawn Barge.
Step inside this inviting property, and you’ll be greeted by a bright and spacious living room, the perfect place to unwind and watch a film after a busy day of exploring Devon. The space is thoughtfully furnished with a Freeview TV with Sky, a wood burner, and plenty of comfortable seating. Additionally, there’s a double sofa bed that can be set up to accommodate two additional guests if requested. The living room seamlessly leads into the well-equipped kitchen, featuring an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, a ¾ sized fridge/freezer, and a washing machine.

The region is dotted with charming market towns, including the closest one, Bampton, each offering a range of pubs, bistros, and shops. Old Stable Cottage serves as an excellent base for exploring the natural beauty of Exmoor National Park, the Tiverton Grand Western Canal, and the North Devon coastline, including popular spots like Saunton, Braunton Burrows, Croyde, and Westward Ho!
