White Hart Mews 1, newly built in 2022, is set over three floors, sleeping up to 6 guests. As you enter the property you find yourself in the entrance hallway with separate toilet, leading into the open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area, with well-equipped kitchen and doors leading out onto the enclosed decking area. A great place for sitting out and enjoying an al fresco breakfast and cup of coffee. On the first floor are two bright and airy bedrooms, both with zip and link beds, meaning they can be used as kingsized beds or twin beds if needed to suit guests. On this floor is the family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Upstairs to the second floor is another bedroom, again with zip and link beds.
Situated in the heart of Chudleigh, a town just on the outskirts of the market town of Newton Abbot and in between the historical city of Exeter. The property is perfectly situated within walking distance of everything the town has to offer. With local shops, takeaways and nearby restaurants. The property is fantastic for walkers and beach goers alike with the famous Dartmoor National park and Haytor Rock just 7 miles away. The beaches of Teignmouth and Shaldon are only 8 miles away. The South West coastal paths in and around the nearby area are also loved by guests and make a great day out exploring.
