Crabber's Loft

Crabber’s Loft is located on the main stretch in Kingswear, leading down to the lower ferry which travels to Dartmouth. This makes the property perfectly situated for not only travelling across to Dartmouth, but also for visiting the likes of Brixham and Churston in the opposite direction.
The apartment has been fully renovated and is located right on the front overlooking the steam railway, with sea views from the master bedroom and lounge looking out across the River Dart and over to Dartmouth itself. As you enter the front door at road level, a staircase takes you to the first floor where all the rooms are situated. Facing the front of the property with river views are the living/dining area, with sofa seating, dining area and Smart TV, and the master kingsize double bedroom. The second bedroom contains a double bed with single bunk over, making it workable for both adults and children alike. The kitchen is fully equipped with all guests could need to rustle up a good meal.
There are many different things to do in the area, such as visiting the Royal Naval College, and Coleton Fishacre and Greenway, amongst other National Trust properties. There are family friendly days out such as Woodlands theme park close by, or why not take the ‘round robin’ tour taking you to a variety of local towns via different modes of transport for a full day of sightseeing?
