A most attractive stone built house in a magical, amazingly peaceful setting- wake to the sound of the sea! Set within its own grounds with mature gardens from where there are superb views of the Salcombe Estuary and the English Channel. It is adjacent to the National Trust property, Overbecks, with easy access to the cliff walks to Bolt Head and beyond . A ferry runs from nearby South Sands to the town centre during the summer months. Alternatively, why not go to the beach early and leave before the crowds arrive, discovering other delights in the area on your way home. The property is approached by its own secluded drive and has ample parking, it’s isolated from the town but local supermarkets will deliver. The property has recently been redecorated throughout.
