Set in the hamlet of Bolberry, amongst the rolling countryside of the South Hams, you will find Glenalva. The sandy beaches at Hope Cove are just over a mile away and the coastal path is half a mile. This holiday home is an ideal base for a couple or a family of four looking to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. As you enter the property you will discover a cosy living room which is furnished with two sofas and an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for your stay and there is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The two bedrooms offer a peaceful nights sleep; one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The family shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The pretty garden provides the perfect outdoor space to relax in and it has a decked area, gas barbecue, outdoor seating and a storage area for bicycles.
The quiet hamlet of Bolberry is situated between the villages of Hope Cove and Malborough. The bungalow is situated on a small country lane bordered by the archetypal high hedges of Devon, this is the perfect example of a rural idyll. The picturesque thatched village of Hope Cove has two beaches which must be some of the best in the UK, a shop, tea rooms and a pub. The coast path at Bolberry Down, half a mile away, is one of the best stretches on the entire South West Peninsula Coast Path. The nearby towns of Salcombe and Kingsbridge are interesting and lively, where you can eat well, browse the boutique shops and admire local artwork in the galleries. Beach 1½ miles.
