Bay View
Bay View is situated just outside of the main town of Preston in Paignton. Based on a quiet residential street in an elevated position the property has views out across the town and out to sea in the distance.
Upon arrival, after parking on the private driveway to the rear of the property guests enter to find themselves in the entrance hallway. From here there are doors leading to the open plan living/dining area, both bedrooms, the family shower room and kitchen. One of the two bedrooms contains twin single beds and the other contains a super king sized zip & link bed, which can be separated and configured as two single beds upon guest’s request. The kitchen has recently been re-done and is fully equipped for all that guests could need to rustle up a hearty meal when out out enjoying the local restaurants nearby. The property has outside space both to the front and the rear of the bungalow with seating areas as well as a handy lawned area to the side, perfect for those four-legged friends.
Just a short walk downhill leads into Preston town with local convenience stores, cafes, award winning fish & chip shop and bus routes to explore the rest of Torbay. Preston beach and large green is just past here, around a 10-minute walk downhill where many people congregate to enjoy the weather or just have a picnic outside. Along the seafront a little bit more leads into Paigntons main town with beach, pier, cinema, arcades and mini golf course to name just a few attractions. As well as the numerous varieties of bars and restaurants.
