Aqua Beach House
This fully refurbished modern coastal retreat is a one-minute walk away from Paignton’s beach and harbour. With four stylish bedrooms set over three levels, accommodating up to eight guests, this is the perfect base for two families or a group of friends looking to explore South Devon and Torbay.
The kitchen/dining area is well-equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, and a separate under-counter fridge and freezer. The dining table with chairs and bench seating is a great place to enjoy a hearty breakfast before a busy day exploring the local area. The ground floor also has a cosy double bedroom and a separate cloakroom. Head upstairs to the first floor where you will find the beautiful living room which is a comfortable place to relax and unwind, furnished with a large corner sofa, armchair and a Smart TV with Freeview. Across the landing area is the second bedroom with twin beds. The second floor completes the accommodation with a kingsize bedroom, double bedroom and the luxurious family bathroom which has a walk-in shower, free-standing bathtub with a shower head attachment, heated towel rail, toilet and double wash basin. Each of the bedrooms are fully equipped with hotel grade pillow top mattresses and hypoallergenic bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The small patio seating area at the back of the property is a fantastic sun trap and is the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing drink before the sun sets.
