The Boathouse

Built over the site of the original boathouse, this property commands fascinating and panoramic views upriver towards the town and Naval College and down to the open sea. The Boathouse is fashioned in a nautical style, with the ’cabins’ beautifully panelled in light sycamore. The ’saloon’ features a huge bay window which overhangs the river taking full advantage of the views. The bunk bed is full size and hand crafted from sycamore. All rooms lead onto the balcony surrounding the house and have the benefit of magnificent river views. The property is spacious and light and is furnished and decorated to a high standard and within a short walk of Dartmouth’s many restaurants and shops. Enjoy the views across the river to Kingswear from the garden. .
