The Pound House

This beautifully converted 18th-century barn is ideally situated for the ‘English Riviera’ and exploring Dartmoor. Situated in the small farming hamlet of Blagdon, located between Torbay and Totnes, it’s less than 3 miles from award-winning sandy beaches in Paignton and fishing harbours in Brixham.

The Cottage adjoins the owner’s home set within its own 400-year old wall, where you will have sole use of the outdoor heated swimming pool, subject to times.

Nearby, there are lots of National Trust properties to visit, coastal paths to walk, Paignton Zoo, or take the steam railway to Dartmouth, or have fun at the local water park. The historic town of Totnes and the River Dart is only 4 miles away. Whilst supermarkets are nearby, our local farm shops provide lots of locally produced supplies. Pubs are a few miles up or down the road.
