Lauriston Bungalow

Lauriston Bungalow is a fantastic holiday accommodation set just outside of Torquay town, close to all shops and bus routes while still feeling secluded and away from the hustle and bustle.
As you arrive at the property, there is driveway parking for up to three cars. Upon entering, guests finds themselves in the spacious entrance hallway with kitchen area to your left. The kitchen is well-equipped with all you could need to rustle up a hearty meal when not out enjoying the local cuisine! Next to this is the living/dining area, flooded with light with the large windows facing over the rear garden. From the living area there are doors leading out into the conservatory. A door leads from here into a double bedroom with its en-suite shower room. This room would be great for members of the family possibly wanting some of their own privacy on the opposite side of the bungalow from the other bedrooms. There are double doors from the conservatory leading into the beautiful rear garden, mainly lawned but with raised seating area which is sheltered, as is the private six person hot tub! The garden has panoramic views over Torquay from its elevated position and this really does give this property the wow factor. The property then has its family bathroom with bath and separate shower enclosure and the two remaining bedrooms. One of which is a twin single room, great for children and the other is a spacious kingsize bedroom.
The property is just a short downhill walk into town and to the harbour itself with the towns most popular restaurants and bars. Here is also the beach, famous Princess theatre and marina. Not to mention the Riviera centre with swimming pool and indoor gym facilities, as well as golf course and mini golf for all the family. Torquay and Lauriston Bungalow is also very well situated for accessing the nearby local towns of Paignton and Brixham, making up the rest of the beautiful English Riviera. Alternatively, travel slightly further afield and enjoy exploring the many towns that the rest of the South Hams has to offer. Beach 1 mile.
