Teign View Place
Teign View Place is a fantastic holiday property for guests and if you are looking to visit the beach, look no further! The highlight of this property is that it sits directly on Teignmouth back beach with doors out onto the sand from the living room! There is availability for a small boat on the mooring outside the property, please enquire with the owner. Here you are located immediately in the town, with bars and restaurants closer by, as well as an award-winning sports centre 20 metres away, where you can hire paddle boards and kayaks.
As you approach the property from the access and parking space at the rear, you enter the property next to the separate utility room and find yourself in the downstairs kitchen. This lovely open space spans the length of the property, being open plan with the living room/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need for a comfortable stay and there is also a downstairs shower room. This area benefits from breakfast bar, large dining table, free standing wood burner, corner sofa and Smart TV. The bright and airy French doors then lead straight out onto the beach! Upstairs to the first floor and there is a very cosy second living room/snug. A great area if two age groups are wanting to watch different things on TV. This snug is a great area, boasting another wood-burner and bi-folding doors which look out over the beach and down the estuary. A simply stunning view to enjoy that morning coffee or late night glass of wine! Just off the landing is a door to the first floor double bedroom; this bedroom has an en-suite walk-in shower and benefits from its own entrance which leads out onto a small terrace at the rear of the property. A very handy feature for guests staying together, but that may want an element of privacy. On to the second floor where the remaining two bedrooms are located. Firstly, the master bedroom with views out across the beach and estuary from the Queen sized bed as well as built in wardrobes, Smart TV and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill which is shared with the adjoining double bedroom.
All in all, Teign View Place is a fantastically situated holiday let, furnished to a high standard. Whatever your reason for visiting Teignmouth and the wonderful surrounding areas, this is a great base to start from!
