Great Hill

Great Hill annexe is a relatively recently built holiday accommodation in 2021, attached to the owner’s property while still feeling very separate. Set just on the outskirts of the market town of Newton Abbot making up part of the beautiful South Hams.
The property sleeps up to four guests in total over one bedroom with an additional sofa bed in the living area. As you enter the property, on the ground floor is the bedroom with kingsize bed, with the refurbished walk in shower room next door. Upstairs takes you to the open plan kitchen/dining/living area with fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar/island as well as sofa bed seating and Smart TV. From the living area there are double doors leading out onto a raised balcony with decking, a great area to sit out and relax. There is a wooden staircase from here leading down onto a gravelled area for guests to enjoy. There is more than enough parking for guests to use on the large gravelled private driveway. Babies are more than welcome, and the owners provide a travel cot which can be put in a small room with a window.
Newton Abbot as a holiday destination has so much to offer, as it is a great hub for accessing all the area has to offer including nearby beautiful beaches, coastal walks, quaint countryside villages and the nearby city of Exeter for a spot of shopping; not to mention many restaurants and bars. The local towns of Paignton, Torquay & Brixham close by make up the beautiful English Riviera. The famous boating towns of Dartmouth & Kingswear are also within driving distance and make for great days out just outside of this beautiful town.
