Marguerite Bungalow
As you enter Marguerite Bungalow, you find yourself in the entrance hallway, to your right is the open plan living/dining room boasting a modern gas fire, sofa and dining table seating as well as a Smart TV. The bathroom benefits from a whirlpool bath as well as a separate shower enclosure and there is also a separate toilet in another room. There are two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and plenty of storage and the other with two single beds, storage and both bedrooms contain Smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen benefits from gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine and there is also an additional freezer, washing machine and separate tumble drier situated in the garage next to the kitchen at the end of the private driveway. The rear garden is fully enclosed with a decked area and artificial lawned area also.
The bungalow is situated just outside of the main town of Newton abbot on a quiet residential road for a nice relaxing break away. However, the main town of Newton abbot is only 1. 7 miles way, an 8-minute drive or a short bus journey away via the nearby routes.
The nearby towns of Teignmouth & Shaldon are also just a short drive away with their seafront and beaches. In the opposite direction it is not far from the well-known town of Totnes and onto Kingsbridge and Salcombe if guests are wanting to explore the South Hams as a whole.
