A charming red-brick holiday cottage built in the 1920’s, this property has quite a contemporary interior with a little enclosed lawn garden to the front. Located in the village of Woodbury Salterton, the lovely thatched village pub is within walking distance of 120 yards. Woodbury Salterton is a pretty rural village just a few miles from Westpoint, where many shows and exhibitions are held, and midway between the historic city of Exeter and the beaches and coast at Exmouth. Exmouth is known as the gateway to the Jurassic Coast and the Exe cycle trail which follows the estuary to Starcross. This is a lovely cottage for couples and small families at any time of the year. With its lovely woodburner, making it a cosy retreat for spring and autumn breaks, as well as summer holidays with the children. This is an ideal base for exploring east Devon, there is plenty to do and see in this beautiful region. Shop 1 mile, pub 120 yards and restaurant 2 miles.
