Honeybrook Holiday Home is a modern, holiday property located in the sought-after residential area of Shiphay in Torquay. The property is located within walking distance of the well-regarded local pub and restaurant The Devon Dumpling. There is also a local convenience store and takeaway restaurants just around the corner, within easy walking distance. Just a 5-minute drive away is Torquay seafront with its array of bars and restaurants, the marina and beach as well as large green, golf, and Riviera centre. The property is situated close to the nearby Torquay railway station for guests not wanting to drive.
As you enter Honeybrook through the gate into the secure driveway, guests are greeted with the enclosed and landscaped front garden area. With a patio and lawned area as well as garden furniture and seating to enjoy. The private driveway has enough space to park two cars. Into the entrance hallway of the property via the front door and all rooms are located on the ground floor. The living room is to the right boasting a wood burner, large Smart TV with Sky, as well as a corner sofa which turns into a double sofa bed if needed. The dining area is at the end of the hallway with a table and seating with a Smart TV. The kitchen is located next door to the dining area and is fully equipped with all you could need to rustle up a good meal. The family bathroom is large and modern with free standing bath and separate shower enclosure. The two bedrooms are on either side of the bathroom, one containing a super kingsized bed with built-in wardrobes and the other with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and built in Smart TV.
Whether guests are looking to stay in Torquay and all it has to offer or to venture out slightly further afield exploring the rest of the beautiful English Riviera and South Hams as a whole, Honeybrook is a great base to start. Beach 2 miles.
