Welcome to The Old Forge, this well-presented bungalow is the perfect spot for the family or friends to explore from. Located in the stunning area of natural beauty Mendip Hills, from here you explore far and wide. Entering the property, you are welcomed to large hallway perfect for those muddy boots after a day exploring the countryside. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect to cook up a meal for the whole family with induction hob, electric oven, fridge and microwave. The living room offers a space to relax in front of the Smart TV or sit and admire the view from the comfy sofa out of the French doors overlooking open countryside. The two bedrooms offer one double and one twin. The family bathroom has shower over bath, toilet and basin. Outside is the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or at the end of the day star gazing.
For the walkers or cyclist among us there are miles and miles of routes to take around the Mendip Hills, with other areas to explore such as Cheddar George famous for its caves, Jacob’s ladder and cheese. Wookey Hole Caves, the cathedral city of Wells, the stunning historic city of Bath with its Roman Baths and stunning architect and the seaside resorts of Weston-Super-Mare and Clevedon are all within easy reach. Glastonbury Tor, Clark’s Village Street are also in easy reach and a great day out for all the family. Back at the property why not take advantage of a day out fishing with Chew Valley Fishing lakes within 4 miles, here you spend a day relaxing and watching the world go by. Shop, pub and restaurant within 1 mile. Beach 17 miles.
