The property is divided into two, the main house and the annexe, the main part of the building on the ground floor has a large kitchen/dining area with seating for all guests, a breakfast bar, and kingsize bedroom. Other features include a utility room, shower room, large hallway, a large living room with comfortable seating areas, Smart TV and a wood burner with patio doors opening out into the garden. From the door leading from the utility area, you can access the detached cinema room and games room in the garage. The annexed area can be accessed through a connecting hallway or via a separate entrance and it contains an additional kitchen and dining area, living room, double bedroom, a shower room and a staircase leading to the twin bedroom above.
The first floor of the main house features four good sized bedrooms, a master with kingsize bed and large ensuite with bath, another kingsize bedroom, a double room with cot and a twin bedroom. Also on the first floor is a family bathroom. The main house sleeps ten whilst the adjoined annexe sleeps four. The private enclosed garden has a large lawn, a sprawling decked area, gas barbeque, outdoor seating, children’s play equipment, a large shed for bicycles and a hot tub. In front of the property is a large, gated driveway with parking for up to five cars.
Hotson House is ideally located for exploring the surrounding areas. This fabulous area has many local attractions with Longleat just 5 miles away, take a visit to Heaven’s Gate where you can see the views of the Longleat Estate. Conveniently located to explore Bath, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Stourhead and many other local attractions. Head back to Hotson House after days out for some relaxation in the hot tub or chill and watch a film in the cinema room.
